PUBLICITY AND MEDIA RELEASE
STANDARD PUBLICITY AND MEDIA RELEASE AND AGREEMENT
Conscious Millionaire Institute, LLC retains the express right to record by audio, video, screen capture, or other written or digital media, any individual (only with the express permission of Client) as well as any group coaching or event. By signing up for coaching or an event, you, the Client, hereby grant to James Vivien Crum III and Conscious Millionaire Institute, LLC, ALL RIGHTS with this my irrevocable explicit approval to use my likeness, voice, etc. as captured or edited, recorded and rendered in various audio, visual and written media, to be used in commercial, instructional and promotional activities as James Vivien Crum III, and/or Conscious Millionaire Institute, LLC sees fit, including, but not limited to, testimonial, marketing, or other commercial uses.
James Vivien Crum III and Conscious Millionaire Institute, LLC, shall own 100% rights, title and interest in any and all resulting product and shall have the right to sell rights and transfer rights of the resulting product at their discretion.
By agreeing to participate in any individual or group coaching, including masterminds or other group programs, or attend any event, you, the Client, hereby agreed to and affirm the following:
” I hereby give my permission to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made on behalf of James Vivien Crum III and/or Conscious Millionaire Institute, LLC. I agree that James Vivien Crum III and Conscious Millionaire Institute, LLC, has complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose determined, without any restriction whatsoever, by James Vivien Crum III and/or Conscious Millionaire Institute, LLC. These uses include, but are not limited to products, speaking, events, illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, marketing, selling, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the Internet. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, etc for the use of my name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, and hereby release James Vivien Crum III and Conscious Millionaire Institute, LLC, its directors, stockholders, officers, employees, principals, agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. Further, I hereby state that any facts, figures, testimonials, stories, etc. I give are my own and are truthful, and are freely given without any offer of payment from James Vivien Crum III or Conscious Millionaire Institute, LLC.”
Disclaimer and Standard Terms
As an inducement to the Participant’s (Client’s) participation in coaching (individual or group) or events, which is offered by James Vivien Crum III or Conscious Millionaire Institute, LLC, Participant (Client) expressly acknowledges and agrees that nothing in this document or any other written or oral communication relating coaching or to any event, or any materials promulgated or distributed with respect thereto, including products or other educational materials, constitute a representation or guarantee. All Coaching and Events are provided and produced as educational for the Participant (Client) and no representation or warranty of any kind regarding specific or general benefits, monetary or otherwise, was or has been made by James Vivien Crum III or Conscious Millionaire Institute, LLC and/or its directors, stockholders, officers, employees, principals, agents and assigns, including, without limitation, any of the other vendors who are involved in providing any coaching or participate in realizing any event. Participant (Client) acknowledges that neither those providing coaching, an event, nor the Principals, in whole or in part, are responsible for the Participant’s (Client’s) business success or failure, for Participant’s (Client’s) acts or omissions, or the appropriateness of Participant’s (Client’s) business decisions heretofore or hereafter.
Under every circumstance Participant’s (Client’s) only representation, guarantee, and recourse is a refund of purchase price/payment under the conditions stated in Client Services Terms and Policies, including Coaching Agreement Terms and Conditions, as well as any Event Agreement Terms and Conditions.
