Start and End Times
- Class Starts on the hour, as noted above.
- Class Ends 60 Minutes later (J V’s presentation content will be completed no later than 50 minutes into the call with time for questions and participant comments at the end.)

Basic Calling Information
- Call in about 5 minutes early to assure your place on the bridge line.
- Enter your bridge line number and enter your access code number.
- What is a bridge line? It’s a group line where the Instructor and all the Participants can speak together. No Computer is needed to be a part of this Teleclass!
- Call in on a land line (not a Cell or Portable Phone) as this gives you the best quality.
- If you have a wired headset, consider wearing that to reduce fatigue.
- Turn on your mute function if you have one.
- Turn off Call Waiting. For most systems, this is *70. Do this before you dial into the bridge line. Thank you.
Avoid
- No Music on Hold.
- No Speaker Phones.
- No Taping.
- No three way calling.
- No giving out phone # / code if this is paid call.
- Avoid Cell Phones (due to poor quality on group calls).
To Get The Most From Your Class
Pen and Paper – have these ready in advance so you can take notes. J, V.”s Teleclasses are information rich and he often provides exercises. You will want to take notes for future reference!
Use Bathroom & Get Water – so that you have your full attention on the class, be sure to use the bathroom before the start of the class and get some water to have with you in case you get thirsty during this class
Write Down Questions – the day before – 24 hours in advance – write down any questions that you have and email them. If many people have these questions, J. V. will try to cover them in his call. Also, J V often provides a group participation time at the end of the call.
