I met Tony Little over a year ago. We work out at the same fitness center in Tampa, FL.
As I’ve gotten to know Tony Little, we’ve had many discussions about business coaching and success coaching. He’s one of the true genius successful entrepreneurs I know and am glad to also call him a friend. He is also a great success coach. Just watch his famous Tony Little Info-mercials. They are incredibly high energy and inspiring!
I’ve been reading his new book, Tony Little There’s Always a Way – How to Develop a Positive Mindset and Succeed in Business and Life. Frankly, the title “There’s Always a Way” inspires me. I keep his book on the counter in my kitchen.

It is one more anchor that helps me maintain a total success millionaire mindset. Whenever I’m working on a project, I look at the book cover and read the title and go – yeah, there ‘s always a way. No matter happens in your life, you can always find a way. Even if you’ve lost everything in this recession, there’s always a way forward.
When you are working toward a business or personal success goal, what do you say to yourself? Do you say something like “wow, this is hard, I doubt I can get this all done”, “I’ve lost too much, I’ll never recover” ORr do you say something like “yep, there’s always a way”?
How you frame a situation often determines your entire level of success. This is because your frame triggers memories in your mind – of failure or success. If you frame it by saying “there’s always a way” then you start to access memories of times your found a way.
Doing this changes your mind – into a millionaire mindset – a positive mindset that changes which emotions you access.

Small Business Coaching really begins with the mind. Whether you fill your mind with doubt or make a conscious choice to frame your goals as there’s always a way – will determine whether you access negative emotions or positive emotions! That’s a fact.
Right now, try it. Think of any goal that you have. Then say “there’s always a way” three times. Notice what thoughts you have after you say this. I call these possibility thoughts. When you make a conscious choice to have a millionaire mindset that there is always a way – you activate your mind and emotions to create a positive frame.
The final step of this success coaching – yes, you guessed it – is taking focused actions that turn your positive mindset and emotions into the results you desire.
