When I give a new client small business advice, I start them with consciously focusing on a maximum of three priorities in any day. The paradox is the less you focus on the more you accomplish. Choose up to three priorities, each of which support your Day’s Purpose.

Key 4 – Choose one Specific Result for each Priority
Think of your results as the outcomes you are dedicated to achieving today. Everything action you take should support your achieving these one to three results.
