Small Business Coaching: Business Ethics Make YOU MONEY!

Small Business Coach:

Many people think of business ethics as

something  you have to do. Worse, most

people think being “ethical” actually hinders

you from making the most money.

.

This is the 100% wrong way to see your

business ethics.

.

Here is the right way to think about your

business ethics so they can help YOU

MAKE MORE MONEY NOW!

Small Business Coaching:

Your business ethics are your rules about
how you will act, the way you will conduct
your business and interact with the world.

When you have a clear statement of your
business ethics, what people can expect,
what they can rely on when doing business
with you – as a strategic partner, as an
employee, supplier, or customer.

Small Business Coach

NOW that you see business ethics from
this new perspective, ask yourself one
question…..

Who would you actually prefer to do
business with – someone who tells you
upfront what you can expect and then
delivers that, or someone whose
ethics are a mystery so you don’t
know what to expect?

Entrepreneur Training

When considered from this view, it
is easy to see how by having a
clear set of business ethics and
acting in accord with them that
YOU can actually make MORE
MONEY!

Small Business Coaching

Develop a specific set of rules for how
your company will interact with others.
Then communicate your business ethics
to everyone with whom you do business.

  1. I couldn’t agree more, JV. Thanks for stating this explicitly. Can you give an example of how this applies to your work? Here’s an example from mine – when accepting advertising, advertisers meet our environmental, social and governance standards – serving a social purpose in the most environmentally sound manner possible. And, if they are working toward employee equity – even better! There are MANY companies from which we won’t take ads. That’s okay. We want to support and be supported by those whose ethical standards are as high as ours!
