As a small business coach, I am constantly speaking to other successful entrepreneurs. I’ve found that many other successful entrepreneurs are increasingly engaging in millionaire masterminding.

But as a small business coach, I’ve also found that many people are unfamiliar with what a millionaire mastermind is and how it works. Success begins with awareness so and until you are conscious of what something is and how to use it, you can’t apply it to your business.

So, I want to introduce you to this practice and tell you how to start your own millionaire mastermind. T

Millionaire masterminding – and masterminding in general, was first made famous by Napoleon Hill in his book “Think & Grow Rich.” Napoleon Hill defines masterminding as “coordination of knowledge and effort in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose.”

Expand masterminding to millionaire mastermind by focusing on achieving your millionaire goals and outcomes – because you want to become a millionaire or already are a millionaire and are now ready to achieve your next level of financial success.

Let’s break that down in current language: It is getting together with one or more other people and exchanging ideas by focusing on specific ways you can each build your businesses and become millionaires.

Because as a small business coach I am constantly masterminding, here some ideas on how to use the millionaire mastermind approach. You can focus on ways to solve problems that each of you are having, develop ideas for creating new products or services, reach new audiences, market better, increase your sales, develop a big vision for where you want to take your business over the next year or longer.

Here is a small business coach tip: while getting a group of several people together with whom you are masterminding on a regular basis is powerful – and I’m personally a member of one high-priced formal one and several millionaire masterminds with other successful entrepreneurs – you can form a mastermind anytime with just one other person.

I often have phone calls, lunches or just get together with other successful entrepreneurs to mastermind. Just last week, I was wanting to find a solution to a business problem I had over the past year. I got on the phone with another business owner, and we masterminded on how to solve that problem. I added ideas and he would make suggestions.

How I Masterminded a Solution

Because he had solved this problem before, by masterminding with him, I got new insights on how solve the problem and move forward with my business. You can do the same thing – you can millionaire mastermind with other successful entrepreneurs to discuss the problems you are each having and get ideas on how to solve them. I constantly do millionaire masterminds with others because I know it is one of the fastest and most effective ways to achieve my outcomes.
