On the wall above my desk in my den at home I have three words posted. The are:

TRUST PERFECT TIMING

This is how I approach life and business.

I’ve found that when I am authentic, real, true to myself in the moment, that there is a perfect timing that begins to occur. The people, resources, experiences, and opportunities that are truly right for me in that moment begin to appear…

At a conference I attended this year, I noticed how I was both being attracted to specific people and people were being attracted to me. I was also attracted to certain breakout sessions at not others.

There were over 1,400 people at the event so there was a lot of fast moving action and crowds. I remember stepping back from the fray at one moment and just taking in a big breath. When I did, I created enough space for me to begin to reflect on what was occurring.

I remember saying to myself that I was “standing in authenticity” and realizing that as I did, a perfect timing was occurring in terms of the people I met, what I heard in the sessions I attended, and the experiences I had as I wandered amid the vendor booths.

When you choose to connect with yourself and others in a way that is real, authentic, true to who you are in each moment, a perfect timing of events, opportunities, and information will also occur for you.

This doesn’t mean you don’t have goals which you focus on achieving. It doesn’t mean you abandon making plans and developing strategies and actions for achieving them. What it means, is that you also allow your life to unfold each moment, being true to what feels right, noticing what you truly want, being real.

As you do, perfect timing will begin to occur. Then instead of feeling like you have to push things together and “make them happen” you can begin to trust that there is a timing to what is naturally occurring. That your life and business aren’t just random events that occur throughout your day.

Instead, they are actually part of a bigger flow of events that you have chosen to enter. And, like any trust you build, you learn to trust this way of being, this discovery experience of taking your authentic path in your business and life – one step and one experience at a time.

And, step by step, notice how much easier creating wealth and achieving your goals actually becomes. Notice how much less stress you have when instead trying to make your life happen, you allow perfect timing to help you.

Allow perfect timing to become an additional resource you utilize in reaching the destinations and achieving the outcomes you desire.

Coaching: Write these three words on a Word document, print them out, and post them where you can see them today. Then for the next three days, consciously focus on being present in a way that feels real and true for you. Notice how a perfect timing of events begins to emerge – and how much easier and less stressful business and life becomes when experienced from this perspective.
