In business, this can be the big vision for where you want to grow your business this year or the big picture of a project.

In sales, it is similar. How many sales do you want to make this year? How much revenue and profit do you want to create?

Small chunks (what in business is often called micro) help you break down the big picture, such as a project, into smaller, step by step chunks.
