- Create clear policies for your employees
- Communicate these policies to your employees
- Develop a system for daily, weekly, and monthly reviews to assure that everyone, including YOU as the owner, are complying with the policy.
When you have policies and assure that everyone complies with them, you cut down on wasted effort, assure uniformity of actions, and provide a better, more uniform, level of service to your client.
