Dear Emerging Conscious Millionaire,
This week I continue the series on How to Become a Conscious Millionaire by providing you a blog on creating your ideal business.
Utilize these questions to guide you as you write out a description of your ideal business.
Describe the type of business you envision owning in three years. If you currently own a business, notice any differences from the present in terms of who you serve, what products you offer, and how you operate.
What is the overarching purpose or vision for your business? Think of this in terms of a higher purpose that goes beyond just making money. How will you help or transform your clients – the people, business, or organizations you help.
Consider what you most enjoy about your business, office, and the people with whom you work.
Describe the characteristics of your office, including whether it is outside or inside your home. Has your ideal business become more of a hands-on, people driven business or did you automate it so you have few, if any employees?
What are the the major challenges in your business three years from now? These could include: how to manage growth, develop a sales team, or virtually oversee outsourced people located throughout the world?
How large has your business become as measured by revenues and profits? And, how fast are you growing? Are there multiple locations?
Describe your coaches, mentors, advisory team, and key team members.
Now go deeper. Think about how your ideal business helps you learn, grow, and raise your consciousness. How does your business help all the other people that it touches? How does it transform them, help them grow, support their expanding their consciousness?
Finally, how does your ideal business help society and the world in which we live become better?
