Heart-Passion: What are your deepest passions? These are the interests, hobbies, and activities you enjoy so much that when you engage in them, you easily become so absorbed that you lose all sense of time. We all have surface passions, such as food, music, and fun things to do that we love. However, your deeper passions touch your heart and bring a feeling of joy to your whole being.
Your deeper passions include areas such as: excelling in an activity you enjoy such as a sport or something artistic or musical; growing as a person; learning; expanding your skills; and achieving more of your potential.
These passions raise your energy and make you feel more alive. They bring you so much joy that you would love doing them all day, and probably have. They also point you in the direction of your purpose.
