Each week in January 2013, I am going to blog on how to become a Conscious Millionaire.
This week, I am going to outline the three essential steps, and therefore the three skills you must develop, if you want to become a Conscious Millionaire.
Note: if you are already a financial millionaire, then utilize this information to set your sights on adding an additional million in net worth.
SKILL # 1: YOU must become skilled at creating cash flows. The #1 way in which to do this is as an entrepreneur who builds your own high-profit business. This means you must master both the art and science of building a business that consistently throws off at least $100,000 more than you need…
to support your lifestyle and pay all of your taxes – that is at least $100,000 in investable cash after you live and pay your taxes. This should be a minimum goal for you to achieve.
SKILL # 2: YOU must become skilled in keeping your money. This means both budgeting so that you don’t just waste or spend your money away AND learning how to invest so as to not lose your initial capital. It includes cleaning up any internal (we all have them) beliefs and self-sabotaging habits that would derail your efforts to keep the money you make so you can build wealth.
SKILL # 3: YOU must become skilled in how to invest, diversify, and use the capital your business created so that you can build long-term wealth.
