Here are the 3 basic NLP Business Coach strategies for visual, kinesthetic, and auditory communication. These are the 3 styles in which most people communicate. Most of us have a primary, or lead system, and a secondary system that are our preferred, or natural, ways we communicate.
As an NLP Business Coach, I know that when you communicate with someone using THEIR preferred system, you eliminate much of the resistance.
NLP Business Coaching
The 3 NLP Business Coaching communication styles are:
1. Visual: speak quickly, learn fast, value time, and see information as well as the future in terms of pictures. To best communicate with this style of person, speak at their pace and use words that are visual such as focus, imagine, clear, bright, and visualize.
2. Auditory: remember what they hear word for word, pay attention to tonality, learn by listening and often don’t need notes, and are good storytellers. To best communicate with this style of person, pay attention to your tone and use words such as resonate, ring, tune in, hear, and listen.
3. Kinesthetic: often speak slowly, learn by doing, need to feel their way through information, and focus on what they are feeling. To best communicate with this style of person, speak slowly, sometimes very slowly, and use words such as touch, connect, grasp, handle, and feel.
