In the first three blogs, I discussed NLP Patterns as well as the first two of the following 3 aspects of deconstructing and then using someone’s NLP Patterns to influence sales decisions. Here are the three areas.
1. Becoming conscious of the specific order in which a person processes information.
2. Becoming conscious of the specific modalities (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) that a person is utilizing.
3. Becoming conscious of how to utilize a person’s patterns to influence a sales decision.

Today is the exciting part of this four part NLP Patterns blogging! Now it is time to discuss how to take what you have learned about a sales prospect and put it into action! And, by action, I mean an ethically influenced sales decision.

Distill the 3 sequences you discovered in the Pattern 1 blog into one pattern. Then use this same pattern to walk (actually talk) someone through their buying decision.
Tell them to first do whatever is first in the pattern.
For example, create a picture of seeing yourself using the product (then if you elicited their submodalities when determined their sequences, use those – example: make it bright, in vivid colors, bring it up close, make it bigger, remove the frame and turn it into a panorama.)
Use this same NLP Technique with each step in their NLP Pattern. As you do, focus on using their lead system modality when you communicate with them (the modality they use the most.)
Lead them to a close by using this NLP Pattern approach.
