Entrepreneurs who are conscious leaders value touching their customers in a way that literally transforms them. To do this, you need to lead in a manner that draws others to join with you to help achieve your vision.
To become a conscious leader, the type who achieves exceptional results, you must develop and hone these three skills:
- Envision: a strong purpose that is truly visionary in scope.
- Engage: others to become team members and customers.
- Execute: along with your team to fully achieve your vision.
Conscious leaders develop a big vision of what is possible. Then they turn their vision into a powerful purpose used to drive their business. Leaders understand it is their responsibility to dream the future so vividly and communicate it so precisely that others will experience it with all their senses – and as a result, become energized by it and drawn to participate in moving it forward.
The primary driver for building sustainable success in any business is a vision, a desire to achieve a greater good, one that transcends only making money. As the leader of your business, this must become your top priority: creating a business purpose that will so fully transform your customers that they will not only keep coming back for more, they will also become raving fans who tell others!
Conscious leaders are aware that a powerful vision accomplishes nothing without a team working with them. Communicate your vision and your passion for it in conversations with people you meet. Put it on your website and disseminate it all over the Internet. Communicate it to perspective employees and outsourced agents. Notice whether they talk and act as if your vision inspires them and they want to become a part of it.
Engage with others in a way that ignites a fire inside of them. When you enthusiastically share your vision and connect with them at a heart level, they will not only want to help you achieve the vision, they will also begin to embrace it as their own vision. Let them know how important their contributions are to your business and what they can specifically do to energize and promote the vision.
As a leader, you are the first evangelist of your vision. Share it in a way that connects with your prospects’ problems and desires. Infuse them with a deep desire to buy your products and become a part of your community.
Conscious leaders understand the importance of becoming focused and executing. They take action. How many people do you know who have a big idea, a great vision for how something could become better? They actually focus on it and talk about it all the time – yet they never execute. They are not true leaders. They are not real entrepreneurs. They are just people with ideas. And, ideas without action achieve nothing!
That is why you must develop the skill of executing. You must wake up in the morning ready to execute the priorities that will advance your vision. You must execute to motivate others to join with you and help bring your vision fully to life.
Conscious leaders become conscious of an inner vision, engaging others to focus on it, and taking action to turn their vision into reality! These are the three skills you have been developing throughout Conscious Millionaire. Mastering these skills will make the difference between experiencing painful failure and your achievement of massive success!
