There is a pervasive (but incorrect) belief in our society as that we have to “out compete” others (even put neighbors our of business) just to get ahead. There are marketing programs that actually have these types of titles.
It’s no wonder many entrepreneurs feel scared they will never make it. They are concerned there just isn’t enough business and wealth to go around.
This type of thinking sometimes results in entrepreneurs thinking he or she will never have enough clients, make enough sales, achieve enough profits – because there just isn’t enough business to go around. In fact, you may have experienced some of these fears yourself.
Frankly, this is all non-sense. The truth is both you and others can each win and get ahead. In this blog I’ll tell you how.

I was preparing ideas for a speech I am giving Friday and asked myself what are the three decisions that determine business success. The answer that came to me was immediate and clear.
First, it is the decision to provide products and services that transform your customer.
Second, it is the decision to constantly grow the people on your team so they can more fully contribute to your company.
Third, it is the decision to transform your customer and grow your people in ways that directly lead to a strong ROI, return on your invested dollar.
And, do each of these in a way that can be directly measured.
Usually I comment more fully in my blogs. Instead, today I want to ask you to make your own comments about the three business decisions on my blog.

We are about to begin the 100 day countdown of the year. on September 20, 265 days will have passed and the only ones that matter now are the final 100 days. Each one is important. Each one counts.
IT’S NOT OVER UNTIL IT’S OVER…
There is still time to reach your goals, achieve that amazing business year you hoped for on January 1. As a small business coach, I find myself contemplating many things that relate to success. And, as an attorney, after the Supreme Court decision on “Obamacare” yesterday, I found myself contemplating entitlement. Specifically, I contemplated “what are we entitled to?”
I took a logical approach to this question. Then I related it to “personal responsibility” and how one becomes a millionaire.
