KEY 1 was the three sensory modalities and which one you primarily use to process information.

KEY 2 relates to how you process information as well. It is how you “chunk” the information in your world and in your decisions.

NLP SMALL BUSINESS COACH

Big chunks (what in business is often called the macro view) of information help you create a big picture of what I s occurring: an overview.)

In business, this can be the big vision for where you want to grow your business this year or the big picture of a project.

In sales, it is similar. How many sales do you want to make this year? How much revenue and profit do you want to create?

Small chunks (what in business is often called micro) help you break down the big picture, such as a project, into smaller, step by step chunks.
